With retroactive effect from January 1, 2024, Hennecke GmbH has transferred its assets as a whole with all rights and obligations to its parent company Hennecke Holding II GmbH by way of a merger by absorption. In this context, Hennecke Holding II GmbH GmbH was renamed Hennecke GmbH and will operate under this name from now on.
With the registration of the merger in the commercial register on October 8, 2024, all legal relationships and therefore all contractual obligations of Hennecke GmbH towards customers, business partners and other stakeholders were transferred to the “new” Hennecke GmbH (formerly: Hennecke Holding II GmbH).
The "new" Hennecke GmbH will continue to have its registered office and business address at Birlinghovener Strasse 30, 53757 Sankt Augustin (Germany), but is now registered in the commercial register of the local court of Siegburg under HRB 14098 (formerly: HRB 10005).
In addition, the following new tax identification numbers apply with immediate effect:
- New Tax ID No.: 222/5707/5882
- New VAT ID No.: DE354797713
