We strategically decided to enhance our foaming production by integrating a MULTIFLEX production line from Hennecke. We produce a total volume of more than 50,000 tons every year using two QFM production lines from Hennecke. It is crucial for us to achieve the highest efficiency in production and to have reliable machines. The production lines fully meet our stringent requirements and, with the support of Hennecke's specialized Retrofit department, we have been able to easily expand the metering lines in accordance with new market demands. For our EU project BIOMAT, which focuses on researching the use of bio-based raw materials, we required a sophisticated machine setup with a high level of automation. With Hennecke's expertise and guidance, we obtained the ideal specifications tailored to our needs. By using the LABFOAM, our key advantage over traditional “cup tests” lies in the enhanced cell control achieved by the high-pressure technology and the high mixing quality of the different components.
