Crushers
Polyurethane flexible foam products such as car seats or upholstered furniture, as well as many other moulded foam cushioning products, require foam cells to be broken up immediately after they are demoulded. Hennecke has two options for this. Roller crushers are used for moulded parts without inserts, whereby products are crushed mechanically until all cells are open. Parts with inserts are opened up in vacuum crushers, in which a vacuum is created periodically. Hennecke also offers solutions for product mixes (with and without insert) in the form of a combined crusher. All crushers are developed for size and capacity according to production requirements.
