VARYSOFT systems technology from Hennecke makes it possible to produce thermoplastic composites of superior surface feel and production quality within a single compact plant network. In completely automated process steps, a thermoplastic substrate and a decorative film overlay with an injected polyurethane foam layer are compression-moulded into a high-quality part. The elements are mainly used in automotive interiors.
