Hennecke will be presenting its latest innovation at ISH 2025 in Frankfurt, the world's leading trade fair for HVAC and water: The HIGHLINE MK2 TI SERIES with four metering lines and double mixhead technology. From the 17th to 21st March 2025, Hennecke can be found in Hall 5.1, Stand C45, demonstrating how this progressive solution is redefining production processes and opening new doors in the production of technical insulation.
Efficient Solutions for Transitioning to Climate-Neutral Heating
The energy consumption labelling for heating units and hot water boilers requires constantly improving insulation solutions – for both energy efficiency and the environment. This improves process and product quality as well as cycle times, especially when using highly reactive and demanding rigid foam systems. Even components with complex geometries, such as multi-part modules with different sizes, can be produced efficiently thanks to simultaneous filling. This function makes the HIGHLINE MK2 TI SERIES the ideal choice for technical insulation in heating, cooling and air conditioning technology. At the same time, this technology ensures a considerable increase in productivity, creates scope for new developments and enables adaptation to future requirements.
