From 4th to 6th March 2025, Hennecke will be presenting advanced technologies for the electromobilty of the future at the JEC World in Paris (Hall 5, Stand C89). Different applications for e-mobility and sustainable and efficient production processes, which help manufacturers to reduce costs and improve their environmental footprint, are the focus of this event. Impressive product examples from well-known OEMs give trade fair visitors an insight into the many benefits of using Hennecke machine technology.

Latest Technologies for Battery Manufacturing
Battery manufacturing is at the core of electromobilty. Hennecke offers innovative solutions for thermal management, underbody protection and made-to-measure packaging of battery cells. Machines such as the STREAMLINE MK2 and the NEXT GEN high-pressure metering machine are setting new standards for precise and resource-efficient manufacturing processes. Hennecke is focusing on the thermal managment of batteries. With Composite Spray Molding (CSM) processes, insulating polyurethane layers can be applied, which optimize temperature control, increase battery power and extend service life. Furthermore, Hennecke's Wet Compression Molding technology (WCM), offers effective solutions for the manufacturing of lightweight yet high-strength underbodies, which reliably protect the battery module from external influences. High-precision metering processes, such as those made possible by MICRO SERIES metering machines, are used to join individual battery cells.

Extremely Strong Lightweight Solutions
In addition to battery production, Hennecke also stands for proven lightweight construction technologies such as PUR-CSM PREG technology. This facilitates the manufacture of ultralight, heavy-duty components, such as roof modules and load floors, which impress with their special sandwich construction made of fiber composite material and a paper honeycomb core. These materials reduce the weight of vehicles without compromising on stability and security.

Customized Solutions for Surface Finishing
The COLOURLINE from Hennecke is another innovative solution for efficient surface finishing. Thanks to MULTI-CONNECT technology, color changing is quick and easy, as the relevant color components are provided in separate units. Surfaces with transparent or colored polyurethane and polyurea systems can therefore be coated flexibly.
This portfolio is supplemented by Clearmelt technology, which combines polycarbonate back-molding injection and polyurethane flood injection in one integrated process. This enables scratch-proof, brilliant surfaces that can be used for both resistant exterior parts and high-grade interior components. Both processes guarantee the highest level of quality and durabilty and thus offer tailor-made solutions for demanding surface requirements.
